Design & Craftsmanship
Function & Form: Round display/wall plate with a twine hanging loop through a hole at the rim; unglazed reverse showing rough, hand-turned wheel texture.
Artistry & Ornamentation: White trumpet-shaped flowers with dark navy centers connected by a green leafy vine, built up in a colored slip-trailing technique, with a matching central floral spray in the well.
Structural Base: Unglazed, rough hand-turned terracotta reverse; no maker’s marks, typical of authentic village-made folk craft.
